As always, despite all the Corona regulations, it was very good. We sat nicely outside and enjoyed the food and wine. The new wines are also well done again. We immediately took 8 cases of different wines with us.

We were here with a group of girls and unfortunately had a seat on the upper floor. We were not served at first, we could only order something when asked. Even during the evening, the service wasn't really satisfactory. We had to ask several times and sometimes we waited a long time.

Wines below average, prices but first class. Unfortunately, the customer service is extremely unfriendly and arrogant, so it will stay with a one-time visit. Obviously you don't have to rely on every single customer at this store.

Very very good wines. Location for indoors and outdoors very beautiful and comfortable. The snacks are also good when you try mountain cheese or other hard cheese :-). Service super good and gladly again and again.

Perfect place to try wines, not too expensive, but too busy at times and may take a while to get service at peak hours in good weather.

Since you have been served here and there is no more self-service, it's just terrible. Incredibly long waiting times and the staff, who used to be friendly and in a good mood, are now overwhelmed, rushed and in a bad mood. Unfortunately not my shop anymore. Too bad.

Normally, like here, we always like to be guests, but waiting more than an hour for a tarte flambée and some bread is a cheek. Everyone knows how well the food is being accepted, so the kitchen should either be enlarged or the food should be removed completely. We always wait at least 45 minutes for the food and that doesn't work. To make matters worse, we were told after almost 2 hours today that the order had been lost and it is not certain whether the ordered food will be delivered at all. All in all, we are now sitting here without eating and are only put off. Great atmosphere but service underground.

At 2 p.m. we were with the first guests - number 3 and 4 - looked for a free, non-reserved seat, they said someone was coming to the table. After 15 minutes, my companion got up to order in the Artrium itself. There he was asked to wait at the table, a waitress would come, the statement that we had been waiting a long time was ignored. After almost another 10 minutes, many who had just arrived were served. We continued to be ignored and left the place. Goodbye, never again.

Had we not drawn attention to ourselves each time on the day we were there, the waitress would not have come to us either when ordering or paying. The staff was a bit annoyed in my opinion, except when guests came who were known, because they were always warmly welcomed and said goodbye. So all in all just okay.

We came on Sunday noon - when the shop was super full - without reservation and got a place. Great service and great drinks. Ralf in particular was extremely nice !! We love to come back :-)

If the weather allows, sit outside at one of the many tables surrounding the glassed in patio. You will need to fetch your own drinks. The Aperol cocktail is very tasty, and comes in two sizes… grab the larger one only if you are quite thirsty! The mixed platter is a good deal of food, and is quite tasty. Parking is ample.

Great ambience with great food and a lot of wine. We were very well filled and were very friendly. Our food was delicious. There is a large selection of wines.
